I love you too
from the first time we kissed
I knew this was true

I gave you my heart
and everything I had to show
you bring me blue skies
and I wanted everyone to know

no amount of roses
not all the kisses in the world
could show how much I love
this truly special girl

I couldn't live without
the taste of your lips
your enchanting eyes
and your soft fingertips

minutes turned into days
and days became months
we're still together
I've done something right for once

But somethings wrong
the expression on your face
I could see it in your eyes
your love's misplaced

your hugs grow cold
and your kisses are numb
but I still shout out
that "your the one"

I try to cover up
if your love for me is gone
I shouldn't think this way
I pray to God I'm wrong

But now I know
your smile tells lies
your touch played tricks
and so did your eyes

Now comes the day
I had to say goodbye
you love someone else
tried my best not to cry

I hope you're happy
with whoever holds you tight
I don't want you to know
the pain keeps me up at night

My heart grew heavy
my body became sore
I'm not the one
you say "I love you" to anymore

now I sit all alone
watching my blue skies turn gray
trying to fight all the hurt
that you gave me that day

you are truly gone...
their is no reason for me to cry
you left me in a pool of my own blood
waiting for me to die...
